You will need the following equipment: 1 or 2 cookie sheets, parchment paper, medium mixing bowl, rubber spatula, cookie scoop or your hands, fork for criss-cross design. (optional)

You will need the following ingredients: 1 egg, 4 tablespoons butter or oil, 3/4 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
