Shipping policy

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow up to three business days to prepare shipments. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are shipped using the selected method the customer chooses during checkout. We offer $7 flat rate ground advantage shipping, $11 flat rate priority shipping, orders $75 and more ship free.

We offer free in-store or curbside pickup. We will email you when your order is ready.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. 

All stickers and post cards are shipped free via USPS First Class letter, there is NO TRACKING. (If you are purchasing other items, your stickers will be tracked with the rest of your order.) If you are only purchasing stickers and would like to upgrade to tracked shipping, please add the listing "Tracking for Stickers/Post Cards" to your order.

We will no longer replace stickers if purchased without tracking.
